Dates for the Diary 2018

Please note that I am away the following dates:

  • Friday 9th November
  • Monday 12th November
  • Monday 19th November

Orders due for dispatch on these days will be sent upon my return.

Last date for UK Christmas orders is the 25th November, international is the 15th.

What is your refund policy?

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS


I’m positive that you’ll love your purchase however for any reason that you’d like to return it, please let me know within 14 days of receipt and I will gladly exchange or refund once I have the item back safely with me. Please note due to the personalised nature, refunds cannot be offered on cake toppers / mini letters

Please note that you will bear the cost of returning the item.

I’m afraid cancellations of orders are not accepted.


DAMAGED IN TRANSIT


I do my best to ensure that all items are packaged safely and securely however appreciate that items in transit may get knocked about / damaged. If this happens please do get in touch as within 14days of receipt and we can discuss how to resolve the matter. I will need images of the packaging plus the item in order to claim from the courier company.

LOST ITEMS


If your order hasn’t arrived please ensure you contact me within 14 days of receiving the shipping notification (21 working days for international orders) so I can open an enquiry with the delivery company used. All claims for lost in transit items must be made before 28 days has passed so any claims after this will unfortunately not be able to be investigated and as a result, compensated.

In some cases store credit may be offered as a gesture of goodwill outside of the 28 day period.

What are the delivery charges for orders from The White Bulb?

We offer FREE Economy shipping throughout the UK. Generally these orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class and is not fully tracked.

You can upgrade your order to a faster, fully tracked service by choosing the option on checkout.

All items sent internationally are via a fully tracked, courier service. A signature is generally required upon delivery.

How long will delivery take?

Items are delivered to the UK within 3-5 days after dispatch but please do take note of the turnaround times on each individual item's page. Each item is made to order so please do bear this in mind when ordering.

Overseas orders will vary in shipping times, but generally should arrive within 21 working days of dispatch.

Which payment methods are accepted on The White Bulb?

We accept payment via credit / debit card. Please note that any work is not started until funds have cleared.
