What are the delivery charges for orders from The White Bulb?
We offer FREE Economy shipping throughout the UK. Generally these orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class and is not fully tracked. You can upgrade your order to a faster, fully tracked service by choosing the option on checkout. For international orders, a flat rate fee of £15 is charged. All items sent internationally are via a fully tracked, courier service. A signature is generally required upon delivery.
How long will delivery take?
Items are delivered to the UK within 3-5 days after dispatch but please do take note of the turnaround times on each individual item's page. Each item is made to order so please do bear this in mind when ordering. Overseas orders will vary in shipping times, but generally should arrive within 7 working days of dispatch.
Which payment methods are accepted on The White Bulb?
We accept payment via the Paypal gateway and by credit / debit card. Please note that any work is not started until funds have cleared.
What is your refund policy?
As all lights are handmade to order, we regret that refunds cannot be offered once an order has been started - this includes materials being purchased to make your order. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation and we will see what we can do.
